I have watched a few Japanese videos wherein they have added a partial colored-keyed fender flare molding.

It looks sharp, especially on white.

I would only add it if it is a Toyota manufactured accessory/add-on.

Is anyone familiar with this accessory?
 
Actually, those appear different. These are actually color coded and look factory.

Their site is pretty light on details of what they sell, but you should be able to reach out to them to get a price quote. With the USD being so strong against the yen, the pricing probably won't be awful. Might be a long lead time. Also looks like the overfenders come in black, white, and metallic gray. If you want color matched and have heritage blue, for example, you'd have to get them painted when they get here.
