Hi Everyone,

New to the forums and just picked up my 2025 LC250 with premium package in Windchill Pearl color this weekend after just shy of a month wait after putting a deposit down on it for the allocation. I was hesitant with the WCP color as this is my first "white" vehicle I've ever owned and typically have gone with more blue, grey or green colors for most vehicles ('97 4Runner = Green, '20 Tacoma TRD Pro = MGM). But with that being said I'm absolute blown away with the color mainly because I'm a sucker for sparkly stuff on cars and the white blend with the spark effect is such a nice blend with this color that it really had changed my opinion on the white color to really love it. If anyone has recommendations, suggestions or items on how to keep the vehicles paint well maintained would enjoy hearing them, the vehical will be parked outside unforfunately in sun light although I might put up a shade cover to possibly help.

Any who, really excited to get to know and take my land cruiser all kinds of places. I purchased it to replace my 1997 4Runner 5spd which I've had for about ~7 years now and am in the process of selling just because I am not a hugely mechanically inclined person outside of the basic maintenance items that vehicles require. My other vehicle is a 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro which has become my primary light off-roading/camping/adventure vehicle as I've invested a few modifications to it.

Looking forward to seeing other people's vehicals and learning more about the land cruiser heritage and in the future doing modifications to mine. The first on the list I'm looking into investing into full skid plates because that will give me a bit of peace of mind when I take it off on some light off-roads/semi-rocky areas any suggestions on brands or even the Toyota OEM would be awesome to hear from folks!

Attached is a couple photos from picking it up, I'm sure I'll have more once I get out and about on adventures with it. Looking forward to taking it on a long road trip in the next year soon!

Welcome to the forum, and glad to hear you like the pearl white. Still struggling if we would be happy with this color, as it would open our options.

Thanks! I really have fallen in love with WCP because of the different shades of colors that show on it. Different light it has shown as white, white-blue, white-silver, the metallic sparkle really comes through great at all angles. I originally was wanting a heritage blue, but everywhere I could shop for has silly mark ups, dealer add-ons, already sold and had lead times of unknown times. I truly lucked out with the dealership I went with and really loved WCP when I saw a couple of them in person which ultimately changed my opinion to go with it, plus I lucked out with my allocation including the roof rack which was a huge plus and I specifically wanted 18" rims which seemed to be a hot commodity and semi-hard to get allocated haha.

Best wishes in your final choice of color! If it is any help, my MGM Tacoma you can clearly see the off-roading battle scars clearly and they is a metallic grey color so I was avoiding another grey/silver color for my LC ultimately.

Thank you! Yes, definitely 18" wheels, as ours will see some off-roading in rocky terrain. Awaiting Meteor shower, but will it ever happen?

Epic! I really dig the Meteor Shower the couple I have seen rolling around town. The name is epic also, it really does have a unique coloring style to it I think all the LC colors are great choices. Patience is a virtue not all have, but I believe in you it will come sooner than you expect. I truly didn't expect my allocation to come until Jan. Let alone before Christmas holiday, was a really neat surprise and honestly a great present.

I'll be honest, after my last repair bill from my mechanics on my 4Runner it pushed me to really research and invest time into thinking about the LC vs. 6th gen 4Runner. I was on the fence between getting the LC vs. the 6th gen 4Runner specifically the Trail Hunter trim level. What really made me fall in love with the LC is that it reminds me so much of the FJ Cruiser style of boxiness and just the general styling share a common basis. I am very glad the LC has 4 doors that is a big thing so I feel the LC is ultimately the best of both worlds with 4 doors like a 4Runner and the boxy style of an FJ.

Ultimately my current goals is to use the LC as the primarily daily driver and long term longer distance road trips. I did recently get the OTT on the Tacoma and what a world of difference that has made for that. Each really have their unique styles and feels to driving. The Tacoma provides me a lot of ultity utilization whereas the LC allows me to haul people around which is another big reason I like it and my coworkers will be happy they don't have to share my truck with my dog's backseat set up lol. All and all I am truly thankful to be able to own both vehicles and enjoy them and searching throughout the forums I've been learning a tons and getting future ideas!
