After ordering and being told that the Method 318's are on backorder until January, I started to look around again and found the Raceline Rouge 758 series. They made a new offset size specially for the LC. I went with the 18x8.5, 6x139.7, 35mm offset. There is about .5" poke. Tire is size is BFG Ko3's 275/70/18's. Very happy with the results. Raceline is sister company to Nomad. Wheels are currently on sale for $259.

I like the looks of the wheel but only a half inch of poke? Is that from the outer edge of the thin fender flares on the โ€˜58?

It looks like the poke is increased 54mm (2.1โ€) over the โ€˜58โ€™s OEM configuration. Without measuring, I wouldnโ€™t have assumed that thereโ€™s 1.5โ€ of clearance to spare (ie before the OEM tire pokes out from the fender flare).
