Hello, do I need new lug nuts and caps to upgrade 20" stock wheels to Tacoma TRD PTR56-35242-F1 wheels ? Thanks.

I don't know about the 20" wheels but the lugs that came with the 18" FE work just fine.
 
Stock 20" lug nuts work fine with the wheels :)
