4,600 miles. Otherwise no issues. Anyone else get something similar?

Neither vent opening was blocked by cargo? Probably worth not cleaning the filter yourself and getting the system checked. Unless you driving with the windows down in very dirty air, 5000 miles seems way too soon.

Was the warning once or steady? I have gotten random warnings that acted up once then went away after I charged the 12v battery......... No way the filter is clogged at 5K under normal use. But as it is under warranty...... let the dealer check it and put it on your record

Update: at the dealer in South Austin now. Was told I was the second Cruiser with this maintenance notification to come in the last week. No idea if it is an issue with a certain run of models or what the deal is. Will update once I learn more, but clearly this isn’t just my vehicle that is affected.

I heard a strange sound and thought I had a door seal leaking but it turned out to be a plastic bag on the air in take for the battery.

No issues were found on the diagnostic scan. The thought is that, for whatever reason, they may have accidentally set the maintenance reminders for the battery cooling fans at 5,000 miles instead of 50,000 at the factory. They cleared it out and away I went.
