Glad to be here, there seems to be a ton of info in the forum on this truck despite it just coming out.
I took advantage of the Labor Day weekend and traded my 2016 4R for a new LC/LC. I got the base with 20-inch nitto grapplers, mats, wheel locks and tint. I love Toyotas and i've had a few 4R's and this truck rides much better BUT there are some things i don't like. First, the horn has to go. I'm looking for a replacement now. Also, I initially drove it around in ECO mode and it was horrible. Lots of hesitation on starts and a clunk when I stopped. I switched to Normal mode and all that went away. The gas tank is small and I hear a noise when driving at highway speeds, coming from the driver side rearview mirror, it sounds like a geiger counter going off at a distance. Other than that, it's a great truck. I've been getting 21-24 mpg and I'm happy with that. Thank God premium gas is cheap in Texas! Currently planning on a few mods,

- door sill protector
- i added an old pioneer platform rack from the 4runner and it fit!
- horn swap
- Garmin dash cam mini2 - another left-over from my trade-in but need to find the correct dongar adapter for the LC
