Hello! So my user name is really my wife. We are taking delivery on HER 2024 Land Cruiser sometime this week. I am the build planner! LOL. So, I have parts already arriving this week. This will be her second Toyo. She currently has a 4Runner, SR5, that I basically built into a TRD. She wanted the TRD Pro originally, but needed the 3rd row seating. Now that our kids are gone or bigger, the 3rd row is not used often, and isn't comfortable when it is. She is super excited about this new truck. I've been lurking here and reading for the last 2 weeks since we knew we were getting the LC. Great info that has been very helpful as I've planned our build. I come from the Jeep world, but have always liked her 4Runner and I'm excited to work on her LC.

She has a nice 4Runner there, weโ€™ve owned 3. (My son in college just got number 3 ) and Iโ€™m glad he got the 2024 model, not much tech little more body roll, but that is a solid SUV.

I just got my LC a month ago, I look for reasons to drive it. Absolutely love it and Iโ€™m sure your wife will love hers too! On your build what color did you decide on? What trim did you decide on?

Trim is "standard", not 1958 not 1st Ed. Color is Underground.

I had that exact one on order before getting the opportunity to see the TD color - fell for that one instead .. plus I could drive it home that day.

New wheels/tires on. With the offset on these a little trimming and massaging was necessary to clear 35s. But the wife is happy and that's what matters. :)

Welcome!! Your LC looks awesome. Would you mind sharing what you did exactly on the lift, wheels, and tires? Underground color is really nice. I could not find one in that color.

We did a Rough Country 2" spacer lift (2" front, 1" back). I know I know RC is junk. But right now there aren't many options and we don't OR very often or hard. My plan is to replace that with a more complete setup once they are available, next year I'd imagine. Wheels are TRD Pro "knock offs" with Cooper Stonghold 285/75/18s. This is a new tire, not really familiar with it. But Coopers are generally good and the tire is lighter than most that size with an aggressive look. Again, we don't wheel often or hard.
WIth the wheel offset they do poke a bit and that lead to rubbing in the front wheelwells. So had to trim some inner fender. Used a heat gun to soften the flare and stretch them to their new position. Not hard, just time. And the jitters of cutting on a brand new truck!
