'20 4Runner OR ‘24 LC 1958
Had the rock sliders and f/r skid plates installed yesterday, just in time for today’s run up the Eska Falls trail near Sutton, AK. Plenty of YouTube videos on the trail but suffice to say the 1958 LC did just fine. Have run my 4Runner OR up the same trail and while I did miss its ~1.5” of add’l ground clearance (thank you OME suspension) a little, I did appreciate the LC’s suppleness. It does want for more ground clearance though, but that’s really it. Otherwise it made it seem easy to go up and down. And I only used the center locker. I wanted to use the rear once but it wouldn’t engage for some reason. Scrambled up a close to 30ish% incline no problem w/out it. Oh, and yes the skid plates earned a few stripes.

Probably take several times of engage/disengage for the rear locker to engage quicker. Almost as if there is a break-in period.

Looks great! Do you know if you can just install the front skid plate and keep the oem 1958 transmission cover?
