Westcott Design in Phoenix is doing my lift and installing the wheels and tires. The best way to ship is via freight on a pallet since the tires will be on the wheels. I also have the locking nuts which are silver. I think you would be looking at around $500 to $600 to ship but we can do it from Phoenix
