Hey, love the pioneer rack. I think you I read that you got this off of your old 4runner?
I'm looking to do more of a half rack on my LC to avoid covering the sun roof. Is what you're using a half rack? Also were you able to just add it to the stock roof rails that came on your LC?
Yes, this came off my 2016 4R. I choose the shorter platform because the 4R had a sunroof and it worked out well. It is loud (no fairing). Its the 5ft pioneer platform with sx100 legs. These legs clamp onto the existing roof rails. The platform comes with cross bars that lock into the platform. I used it a lot on the 4R with an awning, cinching down big boxes, xmas trees, water tanks for showering, and a camera mount (this was before dashcams were avail). It can hold a lot of stuff down but the pieces to do it get expensive (shovel holder, jack carrier, the wind fairing is way over priced).
